2010 “A Jazz Brunch & Silent Auction” for Scholarships at Villa Sorriso

The Pasadena Chapter’s Fundraiser, to benefit our community, was held at Villa Sorriso Restaurant in Old Town Pasadena. NBC News Personality, Beverly White, was the Mistress of Ceremonies, and Author and Lecturer Dr. Anthony A. Samad was the auctioneer.

After enjoying an extensive buffet, our generous guests participated in silent and live auctions to further benefit the new memorial Julia Scotton Jack and Jill Scholarship Award. The Pomona Chapter of Jack and Jill, in which the Scotton family held membership, also made a generous contribution in her honor.

JJ Pasadena President Charmayne writes:

Congratulations to Traci & our Wonderful Fundraising Committee for a Jazz Brunch to Remember!

Great food, music, and friendship at Villa Sorriso! The Silent Auction was amazing.

Thank you Mothers for your support and assistance in making this a successful event. The Scotton Family were so pleased and thankful for the Scholarship honor for Julia. The Associates enjoyed an afternoon of fun and our Regional Leadership stayed the entire afternoon and are already looking forward to next year.
